What we do on a snowy Sunday.

Yes...the snow has fallen again. Apparently Mother Nature has not gotten the memo that it is spring and we should be watching trees come alive and buds break from the ground. Oh well...here is what we do on a Sunday when there isn't much else to do.

Bubba likes to pretend he is like mommy -- blogging up a storm on Jo-Jo's Spiderman computer.

Jo-Jo is, as always, glued to his Ninentdo trying to save Princess Peach. Notice how he hasn't had "time" to get dressed yet.

The Daughter is just being herself and acting like a ham.

I love getting ready for the holiday. Easter is one of my favorites as I love the fact it means spring is near and I love the soft pastel shades. I've just gotten started, but this is my fireplace...

It's been too long!

Geesh, I'm having trouble keeping my blog up-to-date! When did life become so hectic?? Lots of fun and interesting things going on here. Last weekend Jo-Jo play a hockey tournament in Appleton. He did really well and even scored a goal! I will add pictures of that when we get them.

Sleepless in Wisconsin

I can't sleep. I have an awful cold that has me hacking and gasping all at one time. Ugh.

I'm sitting in my beautifully redecorated living room and enjoying how nice everything is. I promise to post pictures just as soon as the new slipcovers arrive for my couch and loveseat.

For now you will have to enjoy my pride and joy...my feature wall. When we started this painting project my husband wasn't thrilled with my idea of having one wall a different color, but I had an image in my mind of what I wanted. So being the good husband that he is he painted three walls (plus two hallways) a beautiful cool taupe color and my feature wall a gorgeous blue. It's a tiny wall with the stairs on one end and the opening into the kitchen on the other.

Bubba Turns 1!!

Yesterday was my baby boy's 1st birthday. Amazing! Seems like just yesterday we were exchanging our first cuddle in the hospital! Aww...

We put up decorations.

We opened presents (THANK YOU EVERYONE!!)
We sang 'Happy Birthday' and blew out our candle (Thanks Jo-Jo for lending us your air!!)
We ate cake of course!
and we had the cutest party guests!
It was a great 1st Birthday!!
